Distributor of Disposable Foodservice Supplies Acquires Central Paper

Miami-based distributor of foodservice and janitorial supplies Imperial Dade has completed its acquisition of New Hampshire-based Central Paper. Central Paper is a distributor of paper, plastic, janitorial and office products in Northern New England. The transaction marks Imperial Dade’s 12th acquisition under the leadership of CEO Robert Tillis and President Jason Tillis.

“Central Paper’s exceptional reputation in the industry, dedicated customer service, and strong community presence align tremendously well with the Imperial Dade platform,” said Robert Tillis. “We enthusiastically welcome the Central Paper team members to Imperial Dade and look forward to working together to grow the business further.”

The president of Central Paper, Matt Kfoury, said, “The Kfoury family has built a lasting legacy in Central Paper over the past 70 years. We are confident this legacy will continue under the leadership of Imperial Dade. My brother Fred, my sister Chris and I are excited and looking forward to expanding and growing the business in New England.”

Imperial Dade was founded in 1935 and distributes their supplies in the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions, as well as Puerto Rico.

Central Paper is based in Manchester, N.H., and was founded in 1948. The company is a founding member of Network Services in 1968.
