Dade Paper & Bag to Merge with Imperial Bag & Paper

Dade Paper & Bag Co. and Imperial Bag & Paper Co. have agreed to merge businesses. Terms for the deal, expected to close in June, were not disclosed.

Based in Miami, Dade Paper & Bag distributes food packaging, paper products, foodservice disposables, and janitorial and sanitary supplies to restaurants, supermarkets, cruise lines, hotels, motels, schools, convention centers, stadiums and other foodservice venues across 20 states along the East Coast and in the South.

Based in Jersey City, N.J., Imperial Bag & Paper distributes disposable foodservice and janitorial supplies to restaurants, supermarkets, schools, convenience stores and retailers along parts of the East Coast.
